Evolution of the Zapp ‘Thank You’ Card

Below is the old ‘Thank You’ card that was included in every Zapp order. We realised the cards were dull and needed a revamp to accurately reflect Zapp’s brand voice and personality. The Brand Creative team (graphic designers and myself) swapped the cards for coasters in first-time orders. That meant customers received a quirky gift that’s both interactive and memorable.
